With the products from the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, we bring the know-how of Mercedes-Benz into a convincing form. Here the models C-Class, GLC, CLE Coupé, CLE Cabriolet, EQE, SL Roadster, AMG GT and the Mercedes-Maybach SL run from the band and the overall more than 400,000 times a year. As part of your internship, you will be given the opportunity to apply and deepen your knowledge acquired in theory in project and logistics management in practice. You will be part of our Department of Supply Logistics at the Bremen plant and can actively contribute your ideas. You will get exciting insights behind the scenes of a modern automobile factory, gather valuable practical experiences and work closely with our team. Our team is responsible for the operational management of external logistics service providers and for the planning and optimization of logistics processes in production. Your tasks: Contribute to the optimization of existing logistics processes to ensure a timely production supply Working in the error setting process for identifying sources of interference and developing and implementing appropriate measures Development, preparation and analysis of logistical key figures and visualization of results for management Support of the team in cost controlling as well as documentation and further development of process processes Own-sponsored use of artificial intelligence to automate existing processes Moderation of meetings and independent action tracking The activity can begin from mid-November 2026.

Studies in the field of economic engineering, economics, business management or a comparable course of studies with a focus on logistics

Secure German knowledge (at least C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Interest in topics related to logistics, innovation and digitalization

Interest in AI-based and automated working methods

Own initiative, commitment and a structured way of working

Embossed communication and team skills
