Project Staff Energy (m/f/d)

Your main tasks Cooperation in the design and implementation of energy and hydrogen projects Advising municipalities and companies in the field of renewable energies and in particular hydrogen projects Coordination of energy, infrastructure and hydrogen projects in the region Conception, organisation and implementation of events Identification and acquisition of funding and support opportunities by country, federal government and EU Accompanying studies that investigate technical and economic feasibility to establish the basis of future investment decisions and to derive possible development paths for decarbonisation Assessment and classification of possible projects/investments in the overall strategy Preparation, implementation and moderation of meetings and workshops Working up studies and existing concepts on guides and superordinate concepts

Requirements Successfully completed academic studies (University Diploma or Master), which qualified for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks Knowledge of energy economics and policy, decarbonisation of the economy. Renewable energies, in particular (green) hydrogen and its derivatives Experience in networking and consulting firms and/or municipalities is desirable Knowledge of the funding landscape for energy projects (hydrogen/derivatives) is desirable Experience in the communication of complex facts Knowledge of regional structures and framework conditions Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured and Targeted Operation Good knowledge of English Safe appearance, communication strength and organizational talent Teamability, resilience, commitment and initiative

The compensation is based on the TVÖD, depending on the presence of the personal condition up to E 13 TVöD.
