Value Engineer / Value Analyst (m/f/d)

Organisation and moderation of value analysis projects to identify and bundle customer requirements and purchasing criteria Support and continuous further development of the value engineering process as part of the product development process by the organization Joint development of ideas, potential lists and SMARTen Objectives to achieve the cost targets at group and component level, together with the team Product Management, Development, Purchasing, Supplier Development and Production Methods and tools for cost planning, analysis and tracking and their consistent application in project work Change of perspectives in the team as you are personally independently set up and build value analysis based on customer segments, specifications, functional analyses and benchmark/competitive analyses methodically and easily understandable in the team Introducing your strong practical experience so that pragmatic technical solutions, realistic cost targets and pronounced cost awareness of all stakeholders are ensured in projects. enthusiasm of the team for commercial achievement

Completed university or FH degree with technical focus Experience in the application of value analysis (e.g. according to VDI 2800 / EN 12973) or good basic knowledge and readiness for further education Ideally, practical experience in production-related relationships and understanding of technical and organizational relationships, in order to develop based calculations in the team Experience in hosting meetings and workshops Negotiating English skills as well as good MS Office and SAP skills Good team and communication skills as well as independent, structured working and enforcement skills Readiness to travel (approximately 20%) to implement joint projects with our strategic suppliers Knowledge in handling AI tools
