The Directorate is looking for a / one for the IT department at the Bonn site at the next time IT Project Manager (m/w/d) About us The Trade and Logistics Association is the institution of the statutory accident insurance for companies and their employees in trade and in goods logistics. We see ourselves as a modern service provider for about 4.6 million insured persons in about 380.000 companies. Through targeted prevention, we support entrepreneurs in preventing accidents and occupational diseases. As a project manager, you are responsible for the successful realization and the result of your projects They control all phases of the project from conception, planning to implementation and ensure that the defined goals are achieved in terms of quality, time and budget They conduct the analysis, consulting and evaluation of IT requirements The safe handling of common project management tools for creating documentation as well as the knowledge of common project management methods are obvious to you Through active networking, you form the interface to the departments and work closely with them, the cooperation partners and external IT service providers.

They have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor) with relevant IT reference or a comparable qualification They bring professional experience in IT project management and the implementation of digitalization projects They have a strong interest in digital transformation and an affinity for new technologies and innovations They have the competence to develop and describe requirements for the digitization of processes with the departments They like to work conceptually, own initiative and are characterized by a mix of analytical thinking and creativity They have good skills in process-oriented thinking and ideally have experience in modeling business processes You have the pleasure of teamwork and are making new impulses through your enthusiasm They have pronounced communication skills and are characterized by a high level of readiness to learn You control oral and written communication in German (Level C1) You are ready for occasional missions
