Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time

You ensure smooth operation while maintaining hygiene, quality and company standards You actively support goods management (e.g. goods acceptance, goods control, storage, inventory and documentation) You are responsible for a comprehensive gastronomic offer of food and drinks in consultation with the cafe management You are responsible for managing and leading employees and are contact persons for newly recruited employees (coordination, execution, training, incl. documentation) in coordination with the cafe management You create layer plans and take over the division of employees in consultation with the cafeteria management You are responsible for preparing and creating daily cash accounts, bank deposits according to internal cash code and you are actively working on our cash registers with

You have completed vocational training, several years of professional experience in gastronomy/Catering or similar tasks You have a high relation to quality and service Furthermore guide and motivate your team with your cooperative leadership style Your team and supervisors can always rely on you Basic knowledge of the use of a merchandise management program - ideally TL1 and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office You will enjoy the daily preparation of fresh culinary highlights You are strong in communication and can appear convincingly
