Your home area Project Sourcing Manager in Purchasing for Interior/ Exterior and Electrical/ Electronics Project-related purchasing responsibility

• Ensuring seamless coordination within the 3 ring model through close cooperation with the Strategic Purchaser and the SQA Quality Engineer to ensure a fully transparent and coordinated procurement strategy across the entire project life cycle.
• Responsibility for sourcing and the award of electronic, ADAS, HMI and software components in assigned vehicle and system projects.
• Full control of RFQ processes, including commercial analysis, offer assessment and preparation of award recommendations.
• Own responsibility for cost, time and quality objectives of all associated components from the start of the project to the SOP.
• Creation of high-quality decision-making templates for internal bodies as well as joint presentation creation and implementation with the strategic buyer.
• Close cooperation in agile, cross-sector teams to ensure optimal technology decisions in line with project schedules, cost targets and quality requirements. Design of product group strategy
• Close cooperation with the strategic buyer for the design and continuous development of product group strategies in the electronics-specific areas (e.g. sensors, control units, cable sets, embedded software components).
• Monitoring of market trends, technological developments and supplier movements in the electronics sector and deriving relevant strategic recommendations. Cross-border cooperation
• Close coordination with research & development, quality, controlling, logistics and other stakeholders to harmonise technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Cooperation with SQA to ensure supplier capability and compliance with quality standards across all project phases. Supplier management
• Main contact partner for suppliers in operational day-to-day business, including voting on specifications, offers, schedules and change management issues.
• Support in risk analysis, escalation management and proactive risk mitigation measures.
• Readiness to travel to strategic suppliers to strengthen partnerships, evaluate project progress on site and support in onboarding new suppliers.

Your qualification Excellent degree (Master/Diplom) of the Department of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Similar. You have a variety of practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in the fields of R&E, Purchasing or Project Management . You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad. Your stand-alone, creative and dedicated way of working is yours. As a team player, you have a high motivation and willingness to learn about personal development in an international working environment. You are passionate about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry. Language skills in German and English complete your profile.
