Participation in the development of a design for automation solutions for production plants Interface in the plant for the formation and imple­mentation of control programs for the automation of processes and procedures Technical management and independent implementation of fault analyses and corrections Organisation of regular review, maintenance and, where appropriate, modernisation of automa­tisation systems Acquisition of second-level support for IT systems close to production, including error analysis Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions Programming of PLC controls, HMIs, node-REDs and MQTT systems Technical documentation Functional tests and quality controls Analysis and inclusion of requirements including translation into technical specifications and solution designs Cooperation in the development of automation projects

Completed studies in a relevant technical field, e.g. automa­tization technology, electrical engineering, mecha­tronics or control and control technology, or comparable technicians/masters with one-stop experience Multiannual professional experience in automation technology, ideally in an industrial environment (operational technology, maintenance, production) as well as in classical or agile project management, project management, implementation of automa­tization projects and the maintenance of operations Expertise in the technical or commercial management of technical or project teams, including the ability to initiate, develop and implement technical standards Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, S7, Beckhoff, ABB, Codesys), industrial communication systems (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet / IP, Modbus), control and visualization systems (SCADA, HMI), drive and control technology, sensor technology and actuators as well as process automation and safety technology (SIL, PL) Confidence with Lean Methods, Troubelshooting and systematic error analysis including high problem-solving competence and technical creativity routine in the standardization and optimization of automa­tization processes, including well-founded knowledge of the relevant standards (IEC 61131, Machine Directive, Safety) Secure stakeholder management (e.g. in production, engineering, quality, external service providers) Communication strength, enforcing capacity and decontamination Analytical, structured thinking and independent, responsible action
