Compensation Measures Implementation Clerk (m/f/d)

You support our team in the planning, tendering and implementation of nature conservation measures: from the request for project development to contract management to documentation and authority communication. With your predictive work and your own initiative, you relieve your colleagues (m/w/d) and make sure that projects and measures are progressing reliably. In the development of the project, you ask the state of conservation measures and ask for the necessary documents You are researching specialist companies and preparing contract awards and purchases You check offers and invoices and get required releases You prepare protocols, prepare declarations of acceptance, acceptance logs and photo documentation and forward them to participants and authorities You support the monitoring and coordination of ecological and ground-kund building management You take care of general administrative activities such as post-preparation and support in project meetings and sub-assemblies

You have a successfully completed commercial training You have first professional knowledge in the field of nature conservation, compensation measures or project management or bring the willingness to work quickly You work forward-looking, independent and reliable and bring your own initiative You organize several tasks in parallel, keep an overview and communicate clearly with internal and external partners You are safe to use the current MS Office programs incl. Excel You have knowledge of German language
