Strengthen our Employer Branding & Recruiting Team from February 2027 for a five- to six-month internship in the People & Culture area at our Office in Hamburg. Together we design campus activities such as university trade fairs, workshops, university cooperations and recruiting events to inspire students and young professionals for BDO and get in touch with them. From the start, you can actively contribute to our employer brand and realize your own ideas. You will get exciting insights into the Recruiting campus and help us win new talents for BDO and inspire us in the long term.

You support us in the design, organization and implementation of Campus Recruiting events and are present at selected events. You develop our university marketing activities, bring your own ideas and help us make BDO visible and usable for our target group. If necessary, you support various recruiting projects and gain insights into different topics and processes of recruiting. You carry out organizational and administrative tasks independently and, together with us, ensure that our Campus Recruiting activities are successfully implemented.

You study economics, psychology or a comparable degree course, with a focus on staff. You want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and want to introduce your own ideas and actively shape things. You have joy in dealing with people, you like to communicate and appear open and safe. You work autonomously, structured and conscientiously and keep track of multiple tasks. You can quickly find the right words and communicate in writing how orally safe in German.
