For the organization unit suburb service Hannover, we are looking for the next possible date, limited for 24 months, for the location Hannover Projektleiter (m/w/d) As part of our local service team, we ensure the smooth operation of our locations in Hanover, Pattensen and the sales offices Berlin and Leipzig. Our goal is to ensure the highest possible availability of RZ infrastructure and building technology, to increase efficiency and to actively implement our responsibility for environmental and climate protection.

Energy management Support in the planning, control and monitoring of energy consumption at all serviced locations including monthly energy reports Sustainability & Environmental Management Cooperation in the development of CO2 reduction measures and support in the implementation of environmental and sustainability strategies (e.g. supply chain care obligations) Working with cross-site environmental projects and carrying out risk analyses focusing on environmental risks Organization & Management Ensuring optimal availability of building technology Planning and implementation of annual-Change calendars, emergency and problem management incl. Development of technical infrastructure (including data centres) Service provider control/ outsourcing management Support of the team in selecting, commissioning and controlling external service providers (e.g. house technology, cleaning, security services) incl. Control of SLA's and quality assurance Cooperation with outsourcing management and semi-annual reporting together with the department manager, as well as optimization of processes and processes for cost efficiency in the team

Complete degree in facility management, economic engineering or comparable qualification First relevant professional experience in the fields of energy management, sustainability and/or facility management, ideally in a complex, decentralized corporate structure Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. ISO 50001, ISO 14001) and experience with energy management software are desirable Safe handling of KPIs, reporting and project management methods Communication and negotiation capability
