Head of Operation and Submarine Training Command Systems (m/f/d)

You carry out a dynamic and project-related group with a wide range of tasks ranging from initial operation of plants to production of documents and technical training. You are responsible for the preparation and execution of trainings for boaters, both in the classroom and on board or in the workshop. You hire the staff for the Uboot crew and their naval management for sea testing as well as for the operation, repair and seafaring of the TKMS ships and Uboots. You work with other areas within the product development processes to identify, expertise and experience. You define the basic functioning of your employees in the respective teams and have the legal requirements in mind depending on the location of use. You are responsible for the hourly budgets for performing the tasks and planning the appropriate use of your staff in the project-related teams. You are responsible for the personal development and promotion of your employees and the specialist development of the group.

You have a spiritual or economic studies, a study with a maritime background or a comparable qualification. You have a multi-year experience in seafaring or technical training. You have trainings or certificates according to STCW 95. You have detectable experience in the leadership and development of employees. Active interface management and working in interdisciplinary teams is one of your strengths. You are flexible, you have organisational skills and willingly take responsibility. You have implementation and change skills and team skills You perform convincingly and with a positive attitude, communicate confidently and safely in German and English. An extensive knowledge in the field of technical systems and their complex relationships in the field of shipbuilding complete your profile.
