Conception and further development of the IT architecture in the field of groupware and collaboration in public administration Design and implementation of automated, accessible services and processes Analysis of technical requirements and development of appropriate solutions Optimization of existing system landscapes and interfaces (e.g. IAM, Active Directory, Backend systems) Creation and implementation of test concepts and coordination with stakeholders

Completed IT degree, IT training or alternatively long-term professional experience in the IT environment Multiannual experience with Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and the Enterprise/Multifarm environment (=10.000 users) Multiannual experience with Microsoft infrastructures and their integration into system management environments (including interfaces to groupware, directory services and tools) Very good knowledge of IT service management (ITIL Foundation) and architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, NAF or Architectural Thinking) Very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing
