Increase in sales of excavators and wheel loaders in the markets in Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland Establishment and maintenance of relationships with local traders, rental companies, direct customers and large customers Product demonstrations, test drives, offer creation, sales negotiations and coordination of order conclusion Implementation of market and competition analyses Participation in marketing activities and trade fairs to increase brand awareness in the industry Cooperation with internal teams - including product development, customer service and logistics to ensure timely responses to customer requests

Professional experience in the distribution of excavators and wheel loaders in Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland - ideally for OEMs in the industry or in relevant dealer networks Network to local end customers, large customers and traders as well as knowledge of the procurement processes of rental companies and customers from municipal civil engineering Embossed skills in customer acquisition, negotiations and product demonstrations on site Flowing German knowledge and English knowledge at business level - Intercultural communication experiences are beneficial Regional readiness for customer visits Ready to participate in the local market launch phase for new brands and products - ideally with appropriate experience Trusted with the technical sales arguments and operating scenarios of excavators, loaders, compact loaders and road construction machines
