Advice to our guests for events of all kinds (family celebration, wedding, conference, bus group etc.) Creation of offers and contracts Pre- and follow-up of events and support during and after the event Creation of Function Sheets for Internal Information on All Important Content of the Event Creation of invoices Active acquisition and maintenance and development of existing customer relationships

A completed training to the event businessman/organization businesswoman or comparable or Professional starters/goers from the hotel industry/gastronomy Multiannual career experience in Sales & Banquet would be desirable Knowledge of a hotel software is advantageous, e.g. Protel Good English knowledge of word and writing
