IT-Governance & Security Manager (m/f/d)

With the IT-Governance and Compliance, you pursue the goal of mapping a complete, pragmatic IT system and ensuring its effective implementation through analyses, collegial advice and independent monitoring (2nd Line of Defense). Conceptual work belongs to your everyday life: you analyze the environment (right and technology) and evaluate the relevance for the R+V. New requirements and implementation levels are included, evaluated and prepared for management. In dealing with management and employees, you develop your effectiveness. You bind the interfaces required for the implementation, explain the requirements and backgrounds in a comprehensible and convince with objective argumentation. However, you are on the move with advice. Variety arises through a wide range of topics and tasks, for example: DORA, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, Compliance Function, IDV-Governance and Tasks of 2nd Line Monitoring.

Completed studies or comparable training related to IT, mathematics, business management or law. You have already gained professional practice in an area of IT governance, risk, compliance or audit, complemented by knowledge in relevant standards and methods. You are a communication and analytictarker team player that actively develops and maintains its networks. Embossed design capabilities combined with a result-oriented working style characterize you.
