Data Engineer BI (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the complete journey of modernPower BI Dashboards – from the first idea to prototypes to the go-live – and make sure that You are intuitive,performant and really relevant to decisions. In doing so, you will immerse yourself in the area of expertise, absorbrequirements structured, sharpen cases, defineKPIs, moderateworkshops, and advises stakeholders inpriorization and implementation. On this basis, loadable,semantic data models (e.g.Star Schema,KPI Layer) are created, which you design and care – clean, consistent and scalable – in close cooperation with the backend or Microsoft Factory team. For Data Quality,Governance andSafety, by validating key figures,rollout andversion concepts, as well asRLS/OLS,Sensitivity Labels and a comprehensible documentation implementation. When it comes tomarketing, sales and market data, you identify relationships and growth potentials, developBI strategies, and prepareInsights for different target groups and management.

You have a completed master's degree, preferably at a university, for example inData Science, Business Informatics,Mathematics,Statistics or Business Analytics. In the development ofPower BI frontend solutions in theB2B/Enterprise environment, you gather at least4–5 years of experience and master DAX,Power Query Msowiesemantic data modeling(e.g.Star scheme,Dimensions/Facts) at an excellent level. In addition, you will bring well-founded practice in stakeholder management, consulting andrequirements engineering with and are able to translate complex business requirements into sustainable, scalable BI solutions. Your way of working is structured,precisely and responsibly;you talk early, supplement them with solution-oriented suggestions, go constructively withfeedbackum and like to work in the team. A high level of readiness and technology affinity – in particular in theMicrosoft-Fabric environment – as well as flowing knowledge of German and English at least on C1 levels.
