We are looking for business 3 – building management Head of Communications, Building Automation and Energy Management (m/w/d) Reference number: 12.23-110/26 (EG 13 TV-L – unlimited, full-time) The occupation is planned at the next possible time. The 3 – building management division – supports over 180 buildings with a total of more than 260,000 square metres of main utility space and a diverse, highly complex plant engineering. Since the transfer of property responsibility, the division has also been responsible for all construction measures at the university. Division 34 is one of three technical departments and is primarily responsible for telephony, passive data network, building automation and energy management at TU.
