Your mission: You take self-responsible recruiting activities for the target groups (practices and) working students. From entry to exit, you are the first, central contact person in the company for these target groups and at any time ensure a value-adding, positive candidate experience. Applicant Management: You publish our job advertisements, check incoming applications, meet a suitable selection and accompany the entire application process. Communication with applicants and contract management are also your responsibility. Ad management: You keep an overview of our job advertisements. You agree with the teams, control and manage job alerts and ensure a high quality of them. Stakeholder management: You are the perfect interface in our HR team and are in close partnership with the various departments and our Hiring Managers. Organization & Projects: You support our entire recruiting team in day-to-day business and proactively ensure that our processes are always up to date and that the Candidate Experience is continually improved. In addition, you bring your ideas and impulses into exciting projects around the topic of recruiting.

Your path of education: You are a registered student of economics, communication sciences, psychology or a comparable course of study and now want to introduce your theoretical knowledge in practice. Your profile: You bring great interest in working with young people and ideally have a high AI affinity and fun to try new technologies in the HR context. Very good knowledge of German and a safe handling of MS Office programs complete your profile. Your strengths: You have a good feeling for people, like to communicate passionately and organize with heart and mind. You work absolutely reliably and autonomously and have already gained first practical experience in recruiting, event organization or staffing in the best case.
