Strategic procurement management including independent implementation of procurement procedures below EU thresholds according to UVgO and VOB/A and ensuring audit-proof documentation Ensuring the functional separation with examination and formal quality assurance of the performance directories created by the Department of Construction & Technology and ensuring compliance with the law of surrender Technical awards, in particular maintenance contracts (electro, HKLS, MSR, elevators, etc.), repair measures and smaller to medium conversion projects Contract management including preparation and negotiation of framework and individual contracts as well as accompanying the evaluation of the offer Building standardised procurement and contract structures and, where appropriate, Use of STLB construction and AVA systems

Studies in the field of economic engineering, civil engineering, facility management or comparable or technical training with master/techniques plus additional commercial qualification Knowledge of procurement law (VOB/A, UVgO) and basic knowledge HOAI Experience in technical purchasing or facility management and safe handling of eVergabe systems Ideally knowledge of SAP and experience with STLBZ construction and AVA programs Structured, audit-proof and independent working
