As a Team Manager (gn) Quality, you are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the Quality team in representation of the Site Quality Head. You are responsible for ensuring that the defined tasks of the assigned team are performed and maintained. The experts report Quality to you. What does that mean? You meet quality-relevant decisions, communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers as well as the relevant operational areas You communicate in the function as a service provider in the field of quality You ensure compliance with GxP relevant regulations in Q release You check the goods receipt documents received from the goods receipt and are constant contact with the goods receipt staff for the purpose of early detection and processing of quality defects Check the goods receipt documents (Compliance-Check CoA, CoC) received from the receipt of goods and then set them free for distribution in export markets You check the receipt of goods received and checked according to SOP(s), assign the view patterns and assign them to the customer for the subsequent release or release according to § 16 AMWHV for distribution to the German market or Export market for selected medical devices You check the transport temperatures and make the customer's assessment in case of a breach of limit value On the system side, the warming times for cooling products In addition, you are responsible for the following areas: Returns (domestics and export) according to SOP for the transfer and final assessment by the customer Creation / Review of SOPs Editing and creating documents in QualiPSO Representation of the Quality Division, in particular Quality Release in Audits and Authority Inspections Locking of finished goods on behalf of the customer TOR Management: Care TOR data (warm times for refrigerated goods) in the PLE for goods receipt as well as research, preparation of Q evaluation by the customer and adjustments in the PLE as part of the return assessment as well as for corrections/overcrowding of warm times in the context of the operating processes (domestics, export) according to customer approval Re-Test Sampling Process for non-EU goods Proper archiving of all release- / release-relevant documents Processing of routine SAP master data maintenance (test plans, storage and transport temperatures) Creation and processing of distribution Complaints and deviations as well as customer notification Ensuring compliance with GXP relevant regulations in Q release

Education in the pharmaceutical/natural sciences area in the focus of quality/production Multiannual experience in the field of pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical production or quality assurance with distribution experience Very good pharmaceutical knowledge and basics of the German Medicines Act (AMG) Multiannual experience in the GMP / GDP environment Experience in the leadership of a team and leadership skills Knowledge of rules for medicinal products and related GxP guidelines Self-responsible and team-oriented work with high flexibility Very high loadability despite time pressure, reliability, high work quality and results-oriented appearance Ability to act independently and work in a team Very good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP – QM Module / PLE) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
