Foundation Manager (m/f/d)

Funding management: With pleasure, you take responsibility for the entire grant management and, through close cooperation with internal and external service providers, ensure that all processes run smoothly and the work of the Foundation is sustainably secured. Public Affairs: With a strategic view and enthusiasm for socio-political issues, you design, control and implement effective public affairs activities. This gives you a central contribution to a strong public perception and broad acceptance of the Foundation. Project development: You introduce their own ideas and develop projects in the field of Volunteership from vision to implementation. In doing so, you involve political, media and social actors to strengthen the effectiveness of our projects. Network Management: You build a sustainable network of partners, sponsors and other relevant stakeholders, maintain this with commitment and conduct professional exchange continuously. Report line & Representation function: You regularly report to the management and take over their representation with confidence and responsibility.

You have a degree in law, social and economic sciences or a comparable qualification. You bring together several years of professional experience in foundations, in the non-profit sector or in a political environment and know the relevant political and budgetary processes. You have gained leadership experience, are familiar with the management of complex projects and convince here by your structured, predictive way of working. With your sovereign appearance, your communicative strength and persuasive power, you can integrate different stakeholders – especially from politics and society – at the level of your eyes and build sustainable relationships. You act responsibly, reliably and value-oriented, identify with the purpose of the foundation and remain resilient and safe in dynamic environment conditions. You use the common Microsoft applications safely, complemented by AI tools, e.g. for text support.
