You design, rotate and edit videos, mainly for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube You develop creative content ideas and implement them independently You plan and organize rotation – from script creation to camera and light to the final cut You analyze current social media trends and implement them in appealing formats You create thumbnails, graphics and other visual elements for social media posts, blog posts, ads and other formats You work closely with our marketing and editorial team to develop our video and social media strategy

You have 1–3 years of experience as a content creator or video/social media You are at home on social media and know the latest trends, algorithms and features on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube You film safely with DSLR or smartphone and know how to use light and sound optimally You edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve You have a feel for design and know you with tools like Canva or Photoshop You like to photograph and edit images in Lightroom or Photoshop You are creative, you have many own ideas and implement them directly You work independently, you have a quick understanding and you like to try something new You are strong in communication, motivated and brings a hands-on mentality You write securely and error-free, also for social media posts Important: We are not looking for freelancers, but a solid team member!
