Technical Inventory Manager / Construction Technician (m/f/d)

In this position, you plan, coordinate and monitor all maintenance, repair and modernisation measures – from technical advice to tenders to support execution. If necessary, you will work with external planning offices. Check and track warranty claims carefully and coordinate the necessary deficiencies. In connection with technical measures, you will have discussions with the members of the cooperative and take over the related administrative work. Offers pick up, check and compare these and prepare the order assignment on this basis. The crafts and service companies operating for the post office coordinate and control you reliably. Housing removals and housing transfers are carried out independently and document the results. For the use of the housekeeper of the cooperative you take over the coordination and control. The traffic safety of the supervised properties will keep you in mind and arrange the necessary measures if necessary. You maintain and document all relevant construction data of the housing systems in full and comprehensible. You are actively involved in the further digitization of the company.

You should be qualified as a craftsman/ technician, e.g. in the fields of development, electrical, sanitary, heating or a corresponding degree as a construction technician or Civil engineer, professional experience in the field of technical building management, VOB knowledge, good self-organization as well as the necessary fingertip feeling in dealing with our cooperative members and craft companies.
