As a service provider (m/w/d) Building Technology in Tornesch, you are an indispensable part of the team that takes care of the safety and functionality of buildings. You are actively involved in TÜV testing of traffic systems and assists technicians in important tasks. Your working day will be varied and technically demanding — perfect for those who love building technicians and maintenance.

• Accompanying TÜV tests on vehicles to guarantee safety.
• assists when loading test weights into the personal gondola (approximately 25 kg per piece, total average: 10 pieces).
• Service and tax the gondola along the building facade (height usually between 30 m and 100 m).
• Conducts functional tests of the operating elements and motion tests in the gondola.
• Monitor the service and safety brake and carry out safe fall tests (approximately 2 m height from level).
• Are responsible for the erosion and dismantling of the plants before the tests.
• Work with an experienced technician and perform machine movements precisely according to his instructions.
• Optimize the workflow by entering 1-4 plants on a test day.

We are looking for

In order to be successful as a service provider (m/w/d) building technology in Tornesch, you do not need years of experience, but technical skill and physical loadability are a must. An interest in building technician tasks as well as a quick conception are advantageous.

• You have ideally gained first experience in building technology, maintenance or as a mastermind.
• Technical affinity and ability to operate and test machines safely.
• Physical fitness to handle test weights (up to 25 kg per piece).
• You are dizzy-free and comfortable in heights up to 100 m.
• You are a reliable team player with a safe look for details.
• Flexibility and readiness to learn new things.
• Motivation to actively contribute your skills and work with a dedicated team.
