That makes this job interesting for me: As Head of Division*, I am responsible for the technical and strategic clamp of several highly specialised teams in strategic asset management. My mission is to derive a consistent asset strategy, clear standards and coordinated target images from different technical perspectives. I ensure that technical concepts, system architectures, life cycle and portfolio decisions as well as state and performance information are integrated, coordinated and effectively translated into projects, operation and system management. My tasks: disciplinary and professional management of the department including several specialised teams (protection technology, primary technology AC/DC, control technology, counting/monitoring assets), further development of organisation, roles, processes and cooperation in the sense of a strategic, life-cycle-oriented asset management; building a transparent decision and prioritization logic (portfolio, standards, roadmaps, budgets), evaluation and strategic development of the associated assets/plants; The Commission shall, in accordance with the opinion of the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions. successfully completed studies (Master/Diplom) of electrical engineering, electrical energy technology, automation/regulation technology or comparable, Multiannual relevant professional experience in high-voltage/station/large-scale plant technology (AC/DC), ideally protection and control technology, primary technology and/or asset strategy, Strong system understanding and demonstrable leadership experience (disciplineal or complex technical leadership) as well as pronounced moderation and stakeholder skills, Secure handling of MS Office; ideally knowledge of SAP and resources data banks/asset tools; Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (C1), Travel readiness for occasional missions.
