Customer Advisor Photovoltaics & Heat Pump (m/f/d)

VIVA Solar is a regional master company and part of the solareins group, over 25,000 installed PV systems, heat pumps and commercial storage nationwide. You are responsible for sales in your region from A to Z: full responsibility for your area, direct wire to leadership, no anonymous mass business.

You do

• You win new customers for PV and heat pump solutions: from the initial language to the consultation to the conclusion, the entire process is in your hands.
• You analyze customer needs, develop individual energy concepts and communicate efficiency clearly and convincingly.
• You're leading negotiations at decision-making level and making deals safe.
• You build long-term customer relationships and use upselling potentials systematically.
• You keep the market in your region in mind, recognize opportunities early and keep your strategy up to date.

That's what you bring

Must-have:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the PV or heat pump industry with detectable sales successes
• Hunter-Mindset: You generate sales, forcierst financial statements and tax your sales autonomously
• Knowledge of renewable energies
• Sovereign communication at decision level, negotiation skills
• Class B driving licence

Nice-to-have:

• Marktwissen Raum Bendorf
• Experience with CRM systems
