(Future) Aikido Teachers for Children & Adults (m/f/d)

Lessons & exchange of values: You guide aikido-hours for children, young people and adults based on our fixed educational standards and convey discipline and respect to our Dojo label. Examination preparation: You systematically introduce the students through the curriculum and prepare them specifically for their belt classifications. Membership & Parental Care: You are a reliable contact for our community, communicate with parents and adults and give professional feedback. Interested Winning: You accompany sample trainings, conduct structured training talks and actively support the member consultation. Dojo Management & Events: You take co-responsibility for the smooth running, the training administration and supports the implementation of Dojo events.

White belt mentality & system loyalty: You are ready to learn our proven training system from scratch and to implement our educational standards accurately and disciplined. Enthusiasm & Charisma: You use the mat as a stage. You like to be at the centre, have a strong presence and tears children like adults effortlessly. Empathy with structure: You have a real hand for people (especially children), but always keeps control and the clear structure in class. Sovereignty & Reliability: A well-kept, binding appearance to parents and members as well as absolute punctuality in the Dojo everyday are of course for you. Formal criteria: You are at least 18 years old, speak very well German and bring the willingness to an extended leadership certificate. (Kampfkunst-experience is not mandatory due to our training).

Attractive remuneration: A fair entry fee of 2,400 € to 3,000 € gross/month in the full-time model (depending on qualification) and a performance-oriented remuneration in part-time.
