Technician/Engineer as a Civil Engineer in Building Maintenance (m/f/d)

You maintain selected operating and administrative buildings and are responsible for their maintenance. The state of the buildings is assessed in the context of recurring structural inspections. You work with experts and experts and accompany appointments with authorities. Existing construction and maintenance measures are processed from an engineering perspective: You plan and prepare the necessary work, coordinate their implementation and monitor progress. Planning and construction services can be traced professionally and document the relevant results. Technical, safety-relevant and regulatory requirements are consistently applicable to your work. Different participants and requirements are met in the project. You agree with internal departments as well as with external planning offices, construction companies and authorities. In specialist discussions with authorities, experts and experts, you will also represent the structural issues of your responsibility and bring the necessary technical information into the votes.

A university degree in civil engineering or comparable technical discipline gives you the necessary engineering foundation for this position. At least five years of professional experience in construction planning, construction monitoring, construction coordination or construction management have given you a thorough understanding of the planning and implementation of structural measures. Organizing complex projects and different participants is familiar to you from practice. In doing so, you will keep in mind technical relationships and necessary tunings. Knowledge from the nuclear environment is welcome, but no prerequisite. Your willingness to continue professionally and to work into the special features of the field of application is crucial.
