You analyze, design and implement H4S4 transformations and support our customers on their way to a future-oriented HR IT architecture You take a central role in our transformation projects – from strategic advice to successful implementation In addition, you analyze and understand the requirements of our customers and can translate them into technical, technical and process solutions You add a well-functioning team that greatly appreciates the exchange between each other and supports each other Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a completed study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training You've collected well-founded SAP HCM knowledge in several modules and already experience in the role as (partial) project manager Experiences in projects in the field of H4S4 transformations are already beneficial Good to very good expertise on personal work complement your profile Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2 level) complete your profile
