• Ensuring proper professional training according to the training framework plan of our accommodating paper technologists and machine and plant guides

• active participation in the (further) development of the training process and the training organization at Maxau site

• Creation and implementation of instruction and work lessons as part of training and training events

• Continuing the regular preparation of training certificates and implementation of learning status controls

• Implementation of exam preparation for interim and final exams

• Ensure supervision and representation in our training workshop

• a completed vocational training on paper technologists as well as a further training on master or technician, absolutely necessary

• ideally a training examination

• at best training experience in the field of paper and basic knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics

• Knowledge of how to use MS Office, also desirable with SAP

• a methodological and didactic way of working and knowledge of German
