Service Manager and Administrator Jira / Confluence (m/f/d)

You have experience in the administration, development and support of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. You bring knowledge of IT project management and ideally experience with third-party apps such as XRAY or AI-based extensions. You are able to implement individual requirements, customize platforms and comply with data protection requirements, ISMS and operational council requirements. You work independently, service-oriented and communication-intensive in dealing with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

You have experience in the administration of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence as well as third-party apps such as XRAY or sufficient experience in the application of this. You are able to prepare data and present it meaningfully. You convince with good communication and moderation skills as well as good English skills in word and writing. You work independently, structured and bring creativity and self-initiative. You are acting in a decision-making process and you are acting as binding and secure. You own a class B license.
