You are a friendly and helpful contact person for families and children and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere with your open style. Keep in mind the Family Lounge and regularly ensure order, safety and cleanliness so that all guests feel welcome at any time. You take over easy cleaning work in the lounge area and ensure that play and stay areas are maintained and welcoming. You actively support our families with a relaxed stay and always have an eye on the need for help. Suggestions, wishes or special concerns of our guests will reliably pass on to the hotel team and thus contribute to a smooth process.

First experiences as an animateur: in, in dealing with children or in a similar role are a plus, but no need – your motivation and joy in dealing with families is more important to us. You are friendly, attentive and service-oriented and have a good feel for the needs of our guests. You work responsibly, independently and keep an overview in quiet or lively moments. Dealing with families and children prepares you joy, and you go open and respectful to them. Reliability, flexibility and a conscientious work are of course for you. Very good German knowledge, other languages are a nice plus.
