Your duties in Nuremberg

• Development of prototypes and MVPs for AI-based applications in a Microsoft-based system landscape
• Conception and implementation of modern applications with AI support
• Integration and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG approaches and other AI technologies
• Analysis and evaluation of external technical concepts in terms of quality, safety and economic efficiency
• Close cooperation with departments, internal developers and external partners to develop AI ideas into stable and scalable solutions

Your profile as a software developer

• Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level)
• Solid experience with C# / .NET and/or Python
• Knowledge of APIs and backend architectures
• First experience with Cloud (Azure / AWS)
• Practical knowledge in the field of AI (LLMs / Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG)
