Foreman - concrete work / formwork / renovation (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for our construction and renovation projects and guide your team professionally to ensure a smooth process. You coordinate and carry out demanding masonry, formwork and reinforcement work as well as the assembly of precast concrete parts based on technical drawings. You actively monitor the progress of construction, carry out quality controls and ensure compliance with all safety standards at the construction site. As a central interface on the construction site, you agree closely with the construction management, architects and the managing director and report directly to them.

You have a completed training as a concrete builder, reinforced concrete builder or mason and a further training for the tested polisher (m/w/d). You bring at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position. You work safely according to construction plans and technical drawings and convince by your craftsmanship. A self-contained way of working, physical load-bearing capacity and height-fitness are yours. You speak well German (at least B1) to be sure to communicate with you in the team and at the construction site.
