You implement SuccessFactors solutions based on technical and technical concepts and ensure quality through structured testing, documentation and coordination in the project Within project teams, you are responsible for modules, thematic areas or work packages and bring your experience into solution-finding. You work on the development of tailor-made HR solutions, designs and integration scenarios in the environment of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors In cooperation with HR disciplines and project managers, you support the translation of technical requirements into implementable SuccessFactors solutions Your team Experienced colleagues who share their knowledge. Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile You have well-founded experience in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment and want to further deepen your expertise in challenging projects. That's what distinguishes you: Multiannual (approximately 3-5 years) experience in consulting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors as well as a good understanding of central HR processes (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting or Onboarding) Experience in working on complex projects and in the independent processing of modules or work packages Clear and structured communication in the customer environment and the ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions A project-related readiness brings you with us, scope and framework we agree together
