Certified training as an Early Years Educator, a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Pedagogy or a comparable qualification for working in a Reception Class A caring, approachable personality with a passion for working with children of reception/kindergarten age Commitment to help every child reach their full potential Interest in developing innovative educational concepts focused on individual development Fluency in English and openness to learning German language and culture
