Warm welcome and professional care of our guests

Check-in and check-out and processing of reservations

Telephone and e-mail correspondence in German and English

Close cooperation with the departments restaurant and housekeeping

Safe handling of hotel software and office programs

Complete training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience
