Location: Gifhorn

They support and advise executives on all personal issues along the entire employee life cycle. As a trusted contact person (m/w/d), you will be able to provide advice to the management and the executives, especially in the case of labour law issues. However, you also support questions, planning and implementation processes, e.g. for personal strategy In your role, you work closely with the areas of recruiting, staff support and the works council. In addition, you are actively contributing to developing and implementing the management understanding in the company.

They have a degree in law or economics with a focus on personnel or a commercial training with a corresponding, long-term professional experience in the HR field. They bring well-founded knowledge of human resources and labour law and are routined in advising executives on these topics. Your experience in strategic and operational personnel work, as well as in cooperation with social partners and the Works Council, will award you. They convince by their pronounced communication strength, their sovereign appearance and their ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even in complex situations. Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the ability to understand complex facts round off your profile.
