Working Student Personnel Development (m/f/d)

We are looking at the Kitzingen site at 01. September 2026 a student with approx. 10-12 h / week as support for People Development, Leadership & Culture – Germany: • Support in the certification process by, for example, input and maintenance of master data, independent follow-up of the processing status, signature run and dispatch of the finished certificates • Communication with employees and managers on the subject of work certificates • Communication with applicants and internal contact persons as part of the organisation and coordination of pupil internships • General support in operating daily business

• Study of economics with a focus on human resources or comparable study programme • Interest in HR work • Secure handling of MS Office applications • Very good knowledge of German and English both in word and in writing • Friendly and professional appearance in communication – both in writing and oral • Careful, independent and reliable operation and good organizational capacity
