You are responsible for the management of the abovementioned sewage treatment plants. This includes the following tasks: You run the wastewater treatment plants, run your employees (w/m/d) by integrating them, promoting them and using them according to their capabilities. In addition, you will work with the selection of future colleagues (w/m/d) In addition, you are responsible for process optimization and have cost optimization, economic indicators and budgets as well as future technical and organizational developments in mind You support the planning of measures and the control and monitoring of maintenance work, including the participation in re- and new construction planning and the assignment of foreign companies Internally, you take over the contracting function for all construction measures at the plants with the exception of the channel networks and support the regional management in the development of the region

You can have a successfully completed training for the tested sewer master (w/m/d) or alternatively a completed master training as water master (w/m/d) or demonstrate a comparable industrial master training You have multiannual and relevant professional experience in the processes and procedures of a disposal and disposal plant You have several years of professional experience in disciplinary or as an alternative in professional leadership You have the willingness to participate in executive training In addition, you are strong in communication, willing to make decisions and reach your goals by convincing appearance Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B
