We are looking for PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG

Together with our departments and countries, you will take over the independent management of strategic growth and transformation projects. When designing complex topics, you will introduce your conceptual and methodological know-how and present sound recommendations for location in the company. Management and our executives rely on your proactive advice and active support in optimization projects. In cooperation with departments and countries, you conduct process optimization and lean workshops. You convince by meaningful presentations and professional moderation of interdisciplinary workshops at top management level.

A completed study in the field of economics or environmental engineering, for example in business administration or process engineering, forms the basis of your qualification. You bring several years of professional experience from the management consultancy or the recycling and waste management industry and have a well-founded knowledge of waste management, recycling and recycling. Extensive experience in project management and process optimization, ideally with expertise in Lean Administration, will distinguish you. With pronounced organizational and conceptual skills as well as a clear understanding of complex relationships, you also convince with your service and interface orientation. Your very good knowledge of German and English as well as your communicative strength are safe and targeted.
