For our Frankfurt am Main site, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

1. Insolvency enforcement and management liability: Analysis of the economic situation (account extracts, GdPdU data) before the submission of the insolvency application Discharge of claims under the law of insolvency and the management liability Judgment of the insolvency claims and the management liability
2. Accompanying companies in self-administered insolvency Analysis of the possible liability of the Managing Director before the submission of the insolvency application Creation and submission of claims for insolvency in private administration and protective shield proceedings Insolvency Accompanying of Business Managers for Renovation in Own Administrative Procedures Creation of insolvency plans
3. Credit and credit protection law Creation of credit contracts - and credit security overviews Creation of credit and security contracts Creation of renovation agreements
4. Process management and liability questions: Defence and enforcement of claims related to insolvency (e.g. insolvency contest, managing director liability) Representation in courts and arbitrations in insolvency and economic disputes

You should bring above-average legal skills, 2–3 years of professional experience, interest in complex economic situations as well as secure English knowledge.
