Our expertise lies in creating innovative and stable software in the areas of web, app, backend, data intelligence, IoT and embedded. Together with the users of the Bundeswehr, you will develop innovative software ideas and software projects that can be implemented therefrom.

You design new applications together with the users in the Bundeswehr, software architects and developers

You conduct projects independently and implement software applications in the team in the targeted time window agile

You work on your projects in a solution-oriented and targeted manner and ensure the best possible user experience

You are the heart and soul of your project and represent it passionately towards the relevant stakeholders and customers

For the correct technical and organizational interfaces, you are driving externally towards Bundeswehr and internally to other departments of BWI GmbH

Frequent travel activities (1-2x per month) and work on site at the customer location are of course for you

Complete university studies or comparable training in the IT environment

At least five years of professional experience in managing agile software development projects

Excellent knowledge in stakeholder management, ideally in the environment of contractors

Detectional Experience within the Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies

Affinity for agile development processes

You are flexible, resilient, ambiguity-tolerant, think holistic and entrepreneurial

You want to work independently and yet in the team and show pronounced “hands-on mentality”

German and good English skills also distinguish you
