Cluster Buyer Technical Purchasing Plastic Parts (m/f/d)

In this dynamic position, you are responsible for the serial support of plastic components on the purchase side. You are responsible for the cost-, time- and quality-oriented procurement for our production and thus ensure the delivery capacity of the plant. You build partnerships with suppliers, conduct price negotiations and take responsibility for the entire supply chain of your product groups in terms of resilience, performance and sustainability. You work closely with the cluster management at local level and form an important interface for global central purchasing in Winnenden. You work in close coordination with the internal areas of development, quality management and product management as well as our international purchasing offices and act as an interface to our international suppliers. You are always looking for cost savings potentials and thus ensure the competitiveness of Kärcher. Last but not least, you will introduce your ideas for optimizing and digitizing our shopping processes and support their smooth implementation in our systems.

A successfully completed study (e.g. industrial engineering, (technical) BWL) or a comparable qualification. (First) Professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally focusing on plastic parts. You use the common office applications safely (we use Google Workspace), first experiences with SAP are advantageous. German and English knowledge (C1/C2), as well as strong communication skills that allow you to communicate with various international contacts at eye level. Ready for occasional missions. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. Embossed skills in decision-making, negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial and international way of thinking additionally round off your profile.
