Account Manager (m/w/d) at the Offenburg location in parttime (20 to 25 hours/week) You're at the heart of us! More than classic financial accounting awaits you with us: You take responsibility for your own client base, work closely with your client: inside and actively shape modern, digital consulting processes. Current financial accounting: You are responsible for the ongoing client accounting for a defined client strain in DATEV – reliable, structured and with high quality standards Account setting: You carry out regular coordination of creditor, debitor and property accounts and ensure high data quality Monthly accounts and tax declarations: You first complete monthly accounts and sales tax pre-registrations Economic evaluations: You prepare business evaluations, check them for plausibility and support the analysis of relevant key figures Plant accounting: You enter the plant accounting and ensure correct collection and care Client support: You are a contact person for your clients – independent, proactive and service-oriented at eye level Process optimization: You actively contribute to the optimization of existing processes and contribute to efficient processes in the team

You have a completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or a commercial training with further training as a financial account holder or account holder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring relevant professional experience in financial accounting – ideally up to the end of the month and preferably from a tax consultancy office or a comparable environment You have good knowledge in DATEV and MS Office You convince by a professional, sympathetic appearance – in contact with Mandant: both inside and in the team You work analytically, structured and self-responsibility and keep an overview even in challenging situations Your own initiative, reliability and a high level of quality Team spirit is self-evident: You support others, share your knowledge and actively contribute to a strong union
