What awaits you

Become our colleague or colleague at the Backnanger workshops of Paulinenpflege in Murrhardt on 01.10.2026 or earlier.

• Consultation and care of people with disabilities and their relatives, crisis support, recording procedures, rehabilitation talks, performance assurance and digital file management
• You work closely with authorities and internal areas, advice on group management and mentoring for trainees are also part of your task
• Participation in the conceptual further development of the offer, taking into account the quality assurance and the federal participation law
• The working environment is the Murrhardter workshop, which offers 109 people with disabilities work and participation offers and has a team of 32 people
• The core working time is from Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday until 14:00, with the possibility for mobile work in small proportions and sliding time

To convince us

• A completed study of social work, social education or comparable qualifications
• You have experience in working with people with disabilities
• They are safe in handling computer and office applications and have ideally already experiences with the TopSoz, P&D, CGM Social Services
• You have detailed knowledge of the legal bases according to the SGB
