As a Technical Integration Expert Healthcare (m/w/x)* at the Düsseldorf or Berlin site for the Health Information Systems (HIS), you have the opportunity to use your knowledge in a targeted manner to advance our joint success. You create sustainable technical access to clinical and administrative data from hospital information systems and other platforms. As a link between hospital IT, partners and Solventum HIS R&D develop and implement sustainable integration solutions for the Solventum portfolio. Your area of responsibility includes: Conducting customers and partners technically Technical contact for hospital IT departments, integration partners, platform providers and other software manufacturers Preparation and moderation of technical workshops for the collection of requirements and the development of target architectures Assessment of partner solutions and technical support of joint implementations Structured documentation of requirements, decisions, dependencies and open points Cooperation with Solventum HIS R&D Translation of the requirements from customer and partner calls into comprehensible technical specifications for internal interface development Close cooperation with development, architecture, product management and support teams Technical support of the implementation from the solution definition, reviews and tests to the introduction to the customer Support for architectural decisions, fault analyses and technical escalations Ensuring a consistent flow of information between external stakeholders and internal development teams Develop market, standards and networks Active cooperation in relevant IT specialist groups, for example at bvitg, as well as in other specialist groups of the Hospital IT Monitoring and evaluation of technical, regulatory and market-related developments on interoperability in German healthcare Building and maintaining a resilient network to hospital IT managers, integration partners and technology providers Bringing insights from market and specialist bodies into the integration strategy and technical roadmap of Solventum

The minimum qualifications of this role include: Completed study with IT background Found experience in hospital IT, healthcare software environment, application management or technical integration management Knowledge of the German KIS landscape Technical understanding of integration architectures, clinical and administrative data, data formats, communication protocols and transmission paths Practical experience with relevant standards and technologies, such as HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, REST APIs or IHE profiles Ability to discuss technical solutions with hospital IT, partners, software architects and developers and make decisions Embossed communication and moderation strength in German and English, in word and writing Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and the ability to combine different stakeholders Experience in technical key account management or consulting hospitals This further knowledge is advantageous: Experience in a leading or responsible function within a larger hospital IT, application management or enterprise architecture Experience in managing complex IT and integration projects Practical proximity to interface development, test management or technical commissioning, without the role being primarily designed as a developer position Experience in association work, standardisation bodies or health IT specialist groups Place of work: Hybrid (content of the position allows some remote work, but requires the presence in Düsseldorf or Berlin on at least 1 day per week) Travel: May include up to 20% inland
