It is a central European function that also requires a trip to some international meetings, including our central European locations. Each Legal Entity has a Local Compliance Officer/ Data Protection Officer structure, so that you will contact local colleagues who perform an activity as a legal compliance officer and data protection officer.

1. General responsibility: Regional Compliance Management System (CMS) focusing on compliance risks such as anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-discrimination, conflicts of interest, AML and Human Rights Management. In addition, you are responsible for the data protection management program including internal legal advice in the region of Central Europe. The legal support of Export Compliance Management is also part of your task.

Two. Development and implementation of directives: Implementation of legal and group requirements in all CMS topics for the region support management in implementing and implementing compliance-related policies; Responsibility for the adoption and approval of the directives by the works council in cooperation with the local personnel department Coordination of implementation of compliance initiatives in a top-down rollout model together with local compliance officers

3. Monitoring and reporting: Coordination and control of the Compliance Officer in the region Monitoring the implementation and compliance of internal directives and procedures Coordination of compliance reporting at regional level and provision of information for the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance and the Chief Compliance Officer Ensuring the use of the tools provided for compliance management system (CMS) throughout the region

4. Compliance investigations: Conduct internal investigations of suspected compliance violations in your region using IT tools and standard techniques Management of external consultants (m/w/d) and lawyers (m/w/d) and coordination with relevant stakeholders in investigations

Five. Training: Introduction and Accompanying Global CMS Training in the Region Implementation of training and workshops with the respective target groups on compliance and data protection policies and initiatives (including training of the LCO (Local Compliance Officer)

6. Compliance and Data Protection Requests: Central contact point for compliance requests and incidents implementing and ensuring proper processes in data protection issues together with the local data protection officers, including legal support in enquiries and incidents

Projektmanager (m/w/d) with at least 3-5 years of experience in the compliance organization of a multinational company and participation in compliance investigations preferably with certification in compliance management or as CFE or CIPP M or E Embossed project management, implementation and problem solving capabilities proven track record in providing high-quality, business-oriented compliance advice; Target-oriented thinking and working methods Excellent communication and organization skills Flowing German and English skills, further language skills (high level of work) of advantage IT competence (MS-Office + possibly forensic IT tools) and willingness to work into new technologies Proactive and self-motivated team player (m/w/d) with the ability to influence a cross-functional team Flexibility, readiness to travel and international readiness to move
