Nursing Educator - Nursing School / Vocational Education (m/f/d)

You plan, design and conduct the theoretical and practical teaching for our nursing trainees and thus ensure a sound knowledge transfer. As a permanent contact person, you will accompany your classes throughout the entire training, promote individual learning processes and assist with professional questions. You design and evaluate performance certificates and exams and thus ensure compliance with our high quality standards. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our school-internal curricula and pedagogical concepts and thus shape the future of nursing training. In close coordination with the College and the practical leaders of our partners, you coordinate the learning content and ensure optimal interconnection of theory and practice.

You have completed vocational training in a nursing profession. You also have a completed bachelor's degree in professional or nursing education – a master's degree or the willingness to do so is a plus. You bring at least one year of professional experience as a teacher at a nursing school. With your own initiative and motivation you have the pleasure of actively shaping school development. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) and are versed in dealing with MS Office.
