Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

• They serve and accompany people between the ages of 12-17 in a group of inobservations according to § 42 SGB VIII - in a team with eight colleagues
• They design everyday life for and with people and promote them in group and individual settings
• They work in a trustworthy way with the young people, the family system and important cooperation partners, such as the Youth Office, the School, the Training Centre and the Child and Youth Psychiatry,
• They cooperate with family members, the day support area and the relevant specialist services
• Shift service incl. weekend services and night readiness

To convince us

• A completed training as a youth and home educator / educator (m/w/d), a completed study of social education or medical education or a comparable qualification
• Want to work together with our young people and our supervisor team
• Professional experience in youth assistance and especially in work with people in acute crisis situations is desirable
